On a new-build or remodeled home, or even after getting client’s certificate of occupancy, there are ALWAYS a basket of demands on the contractor for return visits.  Once the homeowner moves in, they notice workmanship imperfections, installation errors, painting flaws, etc. Trust "The Finisher" to complete all tasks and make the headache go away.  

Should a contractor be unable to return, or complete work onsite it still must get done. Since the project is nearing its very end contractors are at times eager to fully demobilize and for the PM and superintendent to focus on other/next projects. If “The Finisher” is on their short list of vendors for miscellaneous remedies, we can be trusted to get the job done.
